Add a Blizzard Flex Pass to your eligible program registration* and switch your day!

The Flex Pass allows members in eligible programs to switch between Saturday and Sunday attendance regardless of which day they are normally registered. Have a conflict? Don’t like the weather? Use a Flex Pass to change your day!

Here’s how it works:

  • Register for an eligible Blizzard program: Classic, Team Blizzard, Apprentice Instructors, Teen Sampler, or Parent Breakthrough Program (with prior approval).
  • Purchase a Blizzard Flex Pass 3-pack for $75 total (three passes at $25 each). You get three passes to use any time during the current season.
  • To redeem a Flex Pass, submit a Flex Pass form from your member portal before the event reservation deadline (usually Thursdays at 8:00 PM). The office will manually change your reservation and confirm your new bus times.

The fine print:

  • You must register for a program before purchasing a Flex Pass.
  • Flex Passes may only be used with the following programs: Classic, Team Blizzard, Apprentice Instructors, Teen Sampler, or Parent Breakthrough Program (with prior approval).
  • Flex Passes must be redeemed before the event reservation deadline.
  • Flex Passes are non-transferrable. Only the registered member may use the Flex Pass.
  • You may use up to three Flex Passes each season (one 3-pack) per member.
  • Our standard cancellation policy applies.
  • There are no refunds for missed or canceled trips; unused passes do not carry forward to future seasons.
  • If you don’t attend an event for which you redeemed a Flex Pass, you may contact the office to reset your pass.
  • Awards, certificates, gift cards, and other discounts valid for Blizzard programs may not be applied toward the purchase of a Flex Pass.

* If you are currently on a waiting list, you will have a chance to buy a Flex Pass if a spot opens up in an eligible program. Please do not purchase a Flex Pass if you are on a waiting list.
