You’re going to have a lot of fun! But first, we have some info to share and you need to fill out a few forms.
*** IMPORTANT: Bring all waivers/forms on your first trip. You may not board the bus or receive a lift ticket without them. ***
1. REQUIRED: Download and complete these forms
- Afton Alps liability release – Required ONCE per season for ALL participants
- Afton Alps rental release – Required ONLY if renting equipment
- Afton Alps rental form – Required ONLY if renting equipment
2. OPTIONAL: Submit this rental/lesson request form
- If you have skied or snowboarded five times or less or cannot ride a lift, we strongly recommend taking a beginner lesson.
- Forms MUST be submitted before the reservation deadline. Late rental and lesson requests will NOT be accepted.
- There is no additional cost for a rental or beginner lesson.
