School’s out! Hit the slopes with Blizzard Ski & Snowboard School!

Enjoy a full day of skiing or snowboarding at Afton Alps. The trip fee includes a lift ticket, equipment rental (if needed), one-hour beginner lesson (especially recommended for beginners!), and round-trip bus transportation.

Prerequisites

The reservation deadline for this event is Thursday, 12/24/26 at 8:00 PM. To attend this event, you must:

1. Register for Schools Out Trips (once per season)
2. Make a reservation for this specific event (login required, then click Invitations)
3. Download, print and complete all required waivers (required once per season; not the same MNSAA 1Risk waiver required by other areas)
4. Optional: Submit form for rental equipment and/or beginner lesson, if desired (login required, then click Forms/Waivers)

Nobody may board a bus or receive a lift ticket without providing a signed waiver.

If you drive: Pick up lift tickets from the Blizzard Table inside the MEADOWS CHALET BY 10:30 AM. (Afton Alps has FOUR chalets! We are at Meadows.) Check your child(ren) out from the Blizzard Table by 3:30 PM.
