Application Instructions

1. Register your child(ren) for a Blizzard program, or waitlist if needed, and pay a fully-refundable $100 deposit to reserve your child’s spot.
2. Complete the application form below to help us understand your family’s needs by October 15. Applications received after that date will be considered pending available funds.
3. You will be notified of your award in late October. Should you choose to have your child participate, your $100 deposit will be applied to your program registration fees. If you choose not to have your child participate, your $100 deposit will be refunded.
