Michelle is a PSIA Level 1 Alpine and Children’s Specialist certified instructor.  She says best days in winter are being outside having fun on the snow. She learned how to ski at Afton Alps when in middle school ski club. Becoming a Blizzard Ski Instructor married her two passions of teaching and skiing. Becoming a certified instructor has helped her to bring even more play and fun into teaching to help kids discover the joy of sliding on snow. Currently, she is working on  PSIA level 2 certification. As the Blizzard New Instructor Coordinator, Michelle looks forward to helping new instructors become a part of Blizzard and be a resource, so they have as wonderful of an experience as she did joining this team. Her favorite mountain is Big Sky. "It is so rewarding to watch the kids I teach progress over the season. I also love the fact that Blizzard provides amazing training to help me become a better instructor and develop my personal skiing at the same time."
